We have collectively represented more than 1,000 owners in cases involving most every branch of the government. My passion for people is what drives the dual facets of my business, Pearce Projects, based in Seattle and providing services throughout Washington. My legal experience includes training at UW Law and long-term work with Peter Buck through The Buck Law Group (formerly Buck & Gordon) where I have worked primarily in real estate and land use litigation, though I have experience providing legal counsel on a wide range of matters within real estate, construction, business and contract law through associations with various firms in addition to representing my own clients. Within the law, I am particularly passionate about dispute resolution and facilitation and have been engaged in dispute resolution since law school.
