Project contact Michele Wang of Runberg Architecture Group will be presenting the project to the design review board for the second early design guidance meeting on Nov. 18 at 6:30 p.m. in the Alumni Relations and Admissions Building Meeting Room at Seattle University, 824 12th Ave.

DPD and SDOT Adopt Director's Rules for Queen Anne Ave. N. Streetscape Concept Plan

The directors of DPD and the Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) propose to adopt Director’s Rules for the adoption of the Queen Anne Avenue North Streetscape Concept Plan. The plan addresses the six blocks along Queen Anne Avenue between Galer Street and McGraw Street in Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood and examines the avenue’s current state of
safety and aesthetics, as well as provides guidelines for future improvements to, and redevelopment of, the public realm. The plan was prepared by Zimmer Gunsul Frasca Partnership for
Picture Perfect Queen Anne, an alliance of Queen Anne residents, merchants and property owners, with funds from the Department of Neighborhood's Neighborhood Matching Fund.

Copies of the draft Director’s Rules may be obtained at DPD's Public Resource Center located at 2000 Seattle Municipal Tower, 700 Fifth Ave.
