  -  Oct. 19 from 2-5 p.m. at Aurora Village Transit Center, 1524 N. 200th St.

  -  Oct. 21 from 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m. at Everett Station, 3201 Smith Ave.

  -  Oct. 29 from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. at Snohomish County Campus, 3000 Rockefeller Ave.

  -  Oct. 31 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the McDonald’s parking lot on 176th Street and Evergreen Way

  -  Nov. 5 from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Lynwood Transit Center, 20100 48th Ave. W.

The official launch—which will include guest speakers and entertainment—will take place on Nov. 29 from 2-4 p.m. at the Swift station site at 196th Street and Highway 99 in Lynwood. Customers will be able to ride Swift for free until midnight on Nov. 29.

A joint venture between Everett Transit and Community Transit, the BRT line will provide service along Highway 99 between Everett Station and the Aurora Village Transit Center. Buses will stop at 12 stations in both directions along the 17-mile corridor. Features of the system include prepayment at each station, three doors on buses to facilitate boarding and transit signal priority to extend green lights. Swift will operate seven days per week, running every 10 minutes on weekdays (from 5 a.m.-7 p.m.) and every 20 minutes at night and on weekends.
